Delete My AFH Account and Data

You can request deletion of your AFH profile and associated data at any time.

DELETE FROM THE AFH APP

If you can access the AFH app, go to AFH Profile and select Delete AFH Profile. Your deletion will be scheduled for seven days after your request. You may cancel from the app during that seven-day grace period.

REQUEST DELETION WITHOUT THE APP

If you cannot access the app, email support@acronymsforhilarity.com with the subject line:

AFH Account Deletion Request

Include your AFH Name and, if your profile is protected, the email address associated with it. We may ask for information needed to verify that you own the profile before scheduling deletion.

WHAT DELETION REMOVES

When deletion is completed, AFH deletes your profile, protected sign-in information, player statistics, streaks, Daily AFH activity, submitted responses, votes, recent results, and All Time Best listings.

Your name and answer text are removed from public and private game records still stored by AFH. Limited non-identifying multiplayer record structure, such as round and score records, may remain to preserve database integrity. AFH may also retain limited information when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.

IMPORTANT

Removing the AFH app from your device does not delete your account or information. Once deletion is completed, it cannot be reversed.
